§ 2-221. Establishment.

The city establishes the housing and redevelopment authority (HRA). The HRA shall be governed by a board of commissioners and bylaws. The HRA shall be governed by a board of commissioners consisting of the seven members of the city council, and the term of each commissioner of the HRA shall coincide with that commissioner's term of office as a member of the city council.
