§ 117-624. Trunk storm drainage assessments.

In all drainage districts in which the city has installed or is in the process of installing trunk drainage facilities, any subdivision or re-subdivision of any lot or parcel will not be permitted until the subdivider pays or agrees to pay the trunk storm drainage charge. The amount of the storm drainage charge shall be the city's cost of the storm drainage improvement plus an increased amount of inflationary costs as determined by the construction cost index. The initial storm drainage improvement charge shall be set by a separate ordinance for each of the city's drainage districts.
