§ 109-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Mobile home means a manufactured home that does not meet the requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for erection of a manufactured home as described by chapter 117.

Mobile home park means any premises that have facilities to accommodate one or more occupied mobile homes.

Unit means a section of ground in a mobile home park of not less than 43,560 square feet of unoccupied space in an area designated as the location for one mobile home, off-street parking space for two automobiles, and other uses considered pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home residence as permitted by this chapter. Double lot size shall be required for a double component trailer.
