§ 105-108. City permits required.

(a)

A building permit issued by the city is required to move any structure with a roof area that exceeds 120 square feet into or within the city.

(b)

A moving permit issued by the city is also required to move any dwelling out of the city or any accessory building with a roof area that exceeds 120 square feet into, within, or out of the city.

(c)

A dwelling moving permit (DMP) issued by the city, in addition to a building permit, is required to move a dwelling into or within the city.
